LASCOMED understood the fifth principles of cooperative which states that education, training and information is compulsory for members, leaders and employees
It is now one of their cardinal points by sending members from different units of the society to attend seminars, workshops and conferences organized by the Lagos State Ministry of Agriculture innings and Cooperatives, Lagos State Cooperative Federation Limited, and other international Cooperative Training and Conferences abroad.
One unique training service LASCOMED provided for their member sometimes ago was the Computer Literacy Programme for willing members of the society. The society ensures all her member become computer literate and also buys personal computers for them on installments basis.
