Mrs Temitope Oluwaseun Sikaiye is the elected President of LASCOMED first became a member of her society in 1992. Mrs. Sikaiye’s elevation to her present position was and is not just a flash in the pan. She started climbing the rung of the leadership ladder by dint of hard work, loyalty, deep commitment to co-operative societies’ principles and values.
Mrs Sikaiye was at one time a Unit Representative of Ikeja between 2000 – 2005, before she was elected the General Secretary and later elected as Treasurer before being elected into office as the current President of LASCOMED.
Mrs. Sikaiye is a professional Nurse with intimidating professional qualifications in her Nursing profession. These include Msc, Bsc Health Education, Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife, as well as RPON, EMS and FIP respectively. She also has a Certificate in Cooperative Bookkeeping & Management from the Lagos State Cooperative Federation Training Institute, Lagos
Mrs. Sikaiye primary assignment with the Lagos State Health Service Commission is in charge of Planning, Organising, Controlling, and Evaluation. Simply put, she is in charge of churning out quality Nurses through effective planning and teaching.
The President’s hobbies are reading, singing, watching football and event planning and management. She has been a sort after MC and Compere in the Cooperative events
